Girls' dormitory
A new dormitory for the girls of Imprezza Academy, with its own sanitary block and beds that are actually beds.
Students who live far from school and still want to learn every day sleep at school. Today the girls sleep under mosquito nets on bunk frames in a shed, without their own sanitary block. That costs students: a girl who cannot sleep safely stays home — and a girl who stays home often disappears from education altogether. The new dormitory is designed by Joseph Muthoga and built by local contractors, in phases paid and checked against milestones.

A kitchen fit for purpose
Cooking is done over wood, in the smoke, under a corrugated roof. A school that feeds 160 students needs a kitchen.

Classrooms and a laboratory
There are walls without a roof on the grounds: classrooms where the money ran out. Finish them, then add a science lab for the exam subjects.
