Nabwire has no fundraising agency and no payment platform taking a percentage. A gift arrives in the foundation’s account at ABN AMRO and goes to the project it was meant for. Please note the project in the payment description — with no note, it goes to the girls’ dormitory.

What your gift does

A hundred thousand euros builds the girls’ dormitory: walls and roof, bathrooms and toilets, sanitary supplies, beds, mattresses, pillows and blankets. Construction is paid in instalments, against milestones, to a budget that can be checked afterwards. Donors are told what happened to their money.

Tax relief

The Nabwire Foundation holds Dutch ANBI charitable status. For donors in the Netherlands this means gifts are deductible for income tax under certain conditions, and the threshold falls away for a periodic gift recorded for at least five years. Ask your tax adviser about your situation, or contact us for a deed of periodic donation.
